My Story
In my opinion, the best healthcare combines high quality medical skills and knowledge, a personable doctor who is kind and compassionate, and treatments that are minimally invasive and aim to achieve long term health. It is my hope that at Thrive Center for Health, you will receive all of the above.
My request of you, as the patient, is that you take an active role in your health. That you ask questions of your healthcare providers, explore the food you put in to your body and investigate how your lifestyle benefits you.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, my purpose always comes back to education, empowerment and minimal intervention. This is why holistic patient centered primary care is my passion. It allows me to lower the number of antibiotics a child is given or acid reducing medication in an infant. It allows many to age with more grace and endurance than they previously had and prevent the need for lifestyle medications. My hope is that as we work together, you will feel better than you ever have, find more balance in your life and achieve the health goals that brought you to me.
