In my opinion, the best healthcare combines high quality medical skills and knowledge, a personable doctor who is kind and compassionate, and treatments that are minimally invasive and aim to achieve long term health. It is my hope that at Thrive Center for Health, you will receive all of the above.
My request of you, as the patient, is that you take an active role in your health. That you ask questions of your healthcare providers, explore the food you put in to your body and investigate how your lifestyle benefits you. Each of us is in charge of our own journey and are responsible for the decisions we make.
My hope is that as we work together, you will feel better than you ever have, find more balance in your life and achieve the health goals that brought you to me. Whether that is improving digestive issues, being able to conceive a baby or lowering your blood pressure, I am here to help guide you on your road to wellness.
As a Naturopathic Doctor, the tools I utilize and teach are clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, nutraceuticals, hydrotherapy and counseling. I’m inspired when I use these approaches because they stimulate and support the body’s innate desire to heal and be whole.
I am very excited to be working with Lara O'Neil, APRN to create a practice that bring the best of what healthcare has to offer to patients in Eastern Connecticut.
Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, University of Bridgeport

Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband Christopher and our dog Winifred. We enjoy hiking, gardening and spending time with family and friends. I try to live a life that reflects what I teach my patients every day: eat clean, get fresh air and love the ones around you.
