Meet the Team
Leslee Ruggeri, M.Ed, CHC is a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer who has been working in the fitness and wellness industry for over 6 years. Her studies in Integrative Nutrition and her post-graduate work in Counseling and Psychology have prepared her to successfully help clients achieve optimal health by identifying behaviors that limit success and establishing wellness plans that complement and coincide her client’s personal lifestyles.
Leslee practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, looking deeply into all aspects of life to determine how they affect health as a whole. With a practical, simple approach, Leslee believes that a proper balance between diet, exercise, and self-care can lead to significant changes and pleasing results in body composition, self esteem and overall health.
Her approach is not to dwell on calories or create long lists of food restrictions but to create and implement wellness plans that result in the establishment of good habits, leading to a happy, healthy life!
Leslee has experience and success working with clients in achieving optimal weight, changing body composition, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. By working with Leslee, clients develop a clear understanding of food and lifestyle choices that can lead them to achieving their personal wellness goals.
Leslee's passion for a healthy lifestyle resonates in her own daily life, waking before the sun rises to get in a workout, prep her lunch, and even plan dinner for her family. She loves cheering on her IRONMAN husband, her 17 year old varsity tennis playing daughter and her 14 year ballerina..... and let's not forget playing with her awesome German shepherd pal, Miley!
